Kerry defends proposed Iran nuclear deal; Israel objects

GENEVA — Secretary of State John F. Kerry heads home Monday to defend a proposed nuclear deal with Iran in testimony before doubting lawmakers, as the Obama administration moves to head off growing criticism from Israel.

Kerry has already begun making the case that an Iranian agreement to temporarily freeze elements of its nuclear programs in exchange for a partial easing of Western sanctions would be a viable step toward negotiating a permanent end to any Iranian nuclear weapons ambitions.

If negotiators in the next several weeks can reach an agreement on the draft proposal — a result that eluded top world diplomats in intensive sessions with the Iranians that ended here Sunday — talks can move toward making “absolutely certain . . . that Iran never has a nuclear weapon,” Kerry said in an interview on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”

Far from being naive about Iran’s capabilities and intentions, as some opponents have suggested, Obama administration negotiators are “some of the most serious and capable, expert people in our government, who have spent a lifetime dealing with both Iran” and nuclear proliferation issues, Kerry said.

“I emphasized that the proffered deal does not include the dismantling of even one centrifuge. I asked all the leaders, why the haste?” Netanyahu said at a commemoration for Israel’s founding father and first prime minister, David Ben Gurion. “I proposed that they wait, that they consider the matter seriously.”

IDF must now wait for the opportune moment and then act. No USA support, Jarrett was halted in capitulation effort by France! Saudi does support ending the Iranian nuke experiments.

What a hoot Kerry is. Any armchair quarterback (politically) is guaranteed to come out besting him in international diplomacy moves.

Articlew written by the Wash Post’s leftwing foreign correspondent, Karen De Young, who never met a Sandinista marxist she couldn’t cover up for.

Kerry! What can you say about the luckiest fool in American politics? He should have been courtmartialed over Vietnam (and might have been, administratively), then over selling out the freedomfighters of Nicaragua, and then closing the book on our MIAs from Vietnam.

Dante has 7 levels of “purgatory” and hell. Kerry’s been blazing an 8th one for a long time. His leftist treason is only matched by his sheer stupidity.

Just goes to show you that a law degree is no proof of intelligence.

Obama never intended to stop Iran’s nuclear ambitions by force. Kerry and Obama could care less if Israel protests. However the real opposition to this deal and Iran comes from Saudi Arabia. Hence the French opposition which so annoyed the clueless Kerry. Funny how things turn out. Israel and Saudi Arabia find themselves de facto allies confronting Iran. If Israel attacks Iran , it will probably receive covert financial, intelligence and air route access support.

All that Botox and face-mangling cosmetic surgery hasn’t improved the skills of the former North Vietnam spokesperson.

I wouldn’t let Kerry negotiate my next toilet paper purchase. I’d end up with single ply, recycled sandpaper.

Kerry is one of those people who is fundamentally wrong about everything. If he says go right, you had better go left.

Yep he’s a real prize that one. How do you go from perjuring before Congress to holding his present office?
