Even as the Obama administration attempts to negotiate a rotten deal with Iran on the monitoring and winding down of its nuclear program – a deal that fell through late last week – Governor Chris Christie (R-NJ) has declined to take a position on Iran.

He was fine with the Ground Zero mosque and has appointed Islamists to office, so how’s this surprising? Should we pitch-in and get him an elephant-themed prayer rug?

He is bossing us around already?

He needs to go back to being NJ Gov.

And he is going to lose his national popularity, whatever is there, quick.

The media loves him.

Not the most insightful statement ever made by a politician with Presidential ambitions. Still it would only be fair to ask Hilary Clinton to list her greatest accomplishments as a US senator and Secretary of State. If its “the leaders that make the times”, then the US is in for even a worse decline. Hopefully the debacle of Obamacare will jolt the political calculus in the US and a brighter day will evolve.

Sigh. He has NO principals. He can put out fires all over NJ. Those are his people. He thinks that translates to running this country. In the shape it’s in.

Christie on Iran Deal: 'We Have to Let Secretary Kerry Do His Work'

You wouldn't trust a chimpanzee to do your plumbing.

So, why would you trust an acorn squash to be Secretary of State?

On the McLaughlin Group today, that awful, liberal as the day is long, Eleanor Clift said, with cheerful giddiness, that the republicans have a real front runner with Christie.

Are the Republicans aware yet that when liberals advise them that they really shouldn’t take it as friendly?

Anyway, Clift said, and I paraphrase very closely, Christie did not run for NJ Governor as a Republican.
