Actually its worse than the WP describes. They can sign up, pay the first month premium and then be given a 3 month unpaid 'Grace period' of additional listing as "enrolled" before being booted off the list. The insurance company is supposed to pay for care during the first month of that 'Grace period.' The insurance company isn't liable for payments during the second and third month of the 'Grace period.' Providers are permitted to charge the patient (once they learn the claim to having coverage was essentially fraudulent) though I doubt they'll get as much as Obama voters get from Detroit pensions. Check out the details from the appropriate subs**t of the stool sample here.
The intent is clearly to have unsuspecting medical providers eat lots of medical costs. And to have enough smarter providers, refusing to cover any 'enrollees,' to provide scapegoats when the public demands that stool sample be flushed. They'll be ready then with a single, low flow toilet, to service the entire country.
you had to pass it to see what was in it.
