Data from CMS and HHS is guaranteed to be bogus.

I built a spreadsheet to track enrollments but gave it up when there was so little data available. But along the way I picked some data on the Goals for Obamacare signups during the 182 day signup period. Here are the figures:

182 days: 6,864,676
31 days: 1,169,258

Where I’ve just assumed a uniform signup rate and used 31 days for October 2013. Of course that wouldn’t happen even if there was a smooth running Obamacare Web Page but it does give you a feel for how far they are off their projections.

They've selected a plan, but it didn't say if they were 100% subsidized or not. They didn't say if anyone has actually paid anything.

There was a number 26,794 that that fully committed to purchasing policies.
