When (if) the perp is caught, the poor woman should be given ten minutes alone with him in a locked room, he being chained to the wall, and her equipped with a baseball bat, a blowtorch and a razor knife.

In spite of the MSM’s extreme efforts to supress it, it is becomming apparent there is an ongoing race war in the USA of blacks going against whites, and whites not retaliating - yet. If they do things will get really ugly, (as in Sheila Jackson Lee ugly) but maybe that will have to be done before the government (which panders endlessly to blacks) fills its constitutional role of providing justice for all.
Can we change that to a ‘rusty knife’?
