No telling the dynamics/threats involved. If they drop out now, Jarret and company will insure they pay out the nose. They have become leeches and have taken advantage of government intrusions to maximize profits by overcharging and then minimizing payments - should be no surprise that they find themselves in a complicit utopia/slavery.
