How feasible do you think those points are?...they look great on paper, but politically speaking, pretty tough to implement even with a majority in the both houses of Congress...

They're only not feasible if we refuse to fight to make them happen. They're only not feasible if we just sit on our hands and give up.
Let's put this in proper context, given the patriots of 1776 were fighting the most powerful army and navy the world knew at that time, and that the Patriot army/navy were miniscule in comparison, maybe they should not have fought that war, because it wasn't feasible, right?
