Hate to break the bad news to you Richard Painter...the Obama administration believes themselves to be above the law...

But...you get an "A" for effort...

Everything the Ubama administration does violates the Hatch Act.

They are all professional community organizers first, last and foremost.

former chief White House ethics lawyer has filed a Hatch Act complaint against a D.C.-based health care exchange, alleging that its online communications with liberal activist group Organizing for Action (OFA) violated rules against federal political activity.

Why would he think that?

Sounds like someone, recently fired from the DC Health Exchange, is signing and talking to whomever will listen

Amazing, yet I feel any investigation, much less prosecution of these abuses in violation of that particular Act will be swept under the rug...

Its almost like turning the lights on and seeing what is left of the slow cockroaches scurrying for dark corners and holes in the wall...

I remember seeing Nixon’s men go off to prison... I suspect we’ll see the same with all the president’s men of this time.

Lemme guess. It’s the Democrats doing the illegal activity.

The only way ANY of these OBVIOUS violations by the Democrats, especially those associated with the Obama administration, will EVER get prosecuted is if the Republicans, and not just “any” Republicans, but CONSERVATIVE Republicans, win the Senate and keep the House next year.

Otherwise, we won’t know anything until the next Republican President is elected; at that time we MIGHT find out about all the illegal activities of Obama and the Democrats!
