"If this is not an impeachable offense, then what is?," Mark Levin asked his audience after playing clips of President Barack Obama repeatedly telling Americans they could keep their health care plans under Obamacare.
On his Friday radio program, Levin proposed the question after playing a clip of Obama saying "You can keep your plan" on 36 separate occasions:

In the meeting they had last week, it's leaked out that the concerned Democrat Senators got nothing from Obama, except the same worn-out talking points.
They cannot be happy.
Obama will be impeached. One more thing has to be put into place and we will see the dismantling of liberalism. We have to win the Senate in 2014 with enough conservatives to hold off the GOPe.
If Republicans try to do it now, the race card will be played throughout 2014 and we will not win the senate. Now is a time for strategic thinking and planning and holding Dems accountable for Obamacare

Had 0bama told the truth about 0bamacare, HE'D PROBABLY NOT BEEN RE-ELECTED, so this 0bamacare 'bait and switch' rises to a more serious level.
When you add up all the WILLFUL LIES and distortions leading up to the 2012 election, to include the LIE that Benghazi was a 'protest over a video' and the LIE reinforced by the Census Bureau that the unemployment rate dropped to 7.9% from 8.1% right before the election, a clear case can be made for Impeachment.
Having a pathological liar in the White House is downright dangerous for America and destructive to our foreign policy, too. The totality of 0bama's lies qualifies him for Impeachment!
LOL. The removal in the Senate is all but an impossibility, but if it were, then what? Biden becomes President and selects, guess who, for Vice President...Hillary. Frankly this is a more untenable situation then the impeachment process.
Alternately, Obama is ripe to be a permanent laughingstock with which we can hang around the necks of all Democrats as a millstone. We are up against political expediency, let us use expediency to our advantage.

Impeachment proceedings should proceed even though we probably won’t get a conviction (yet), just to force Obama testify about ObamaCare and Bengazi.
Is a lie, not under oath, in a court of law, or before Congress, from the President himself, not one of his mouthpieces...

The first step is in play now, with H. Res. 411, that needs to get on the fast tack yesterday...That will take the wind out of the sails of Holder, even though it will never go to a trial in the Senate, it may very well become a standing impeachment charge against him...Maybe after the election this time next year...We might be able to get it done...
But I am not holding my breath...And, you might vbery well expect a Presidential pardon to become a reality as well, ready to be foisted after the process is complete...
Then Levin may very well pop a vein in the forehead, along with a few of us as well...
