Filling in for Sushiman
Live and talking about the awarding of the Medal of Freedom to various people. Like Gloria Steinem.
So far, good show tonight.
Yeah. read the names of the Navy Seals who died in the helicopter.
That was emotional.
That was nice of him to do that. He has always been supportive of the servicemen/women serving over in that cesspool of Afghanistan/Iraq.
About shrimp, I would almost swear that in the last year Doc had shrimp to eat.
And then he does book club, but is now back on the Seals as a topic.
We are still listening but I don’t know where he is going.
sounds like memorex to me.. I’ve heard this before.
Could be, but the first hour was live fer sure.
Good now.
I've heard this pattern before. Seems to be recordings of stuff I've heard before (remote "listening"?) then it seems to be live again. He's only a little younger than me. Maybe he had to go the bathroom after about an hour at the desk.
BTW I found that cumulus (Dickey brothers) quote I've been looking for. It was posted here by another FReeper back when.
Hannity is being replaced by Michael Savage starting in January because (among other reasons I'm sure) . . . Cumulus will promote personalities like Michael Savage, who . . . has tempered his performance amid concerns over being hyper-partisan to a more populist presentation, using softer subjects and more humor.
More leftist nudging to no hyper-partisan issues (by conservatives only) and to a more populist presentation, using softer subjects and more humor. IOW self-imposed "fairness doctrine."
