House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) reaffirmed his commitment to enacting immigration reform, a week after the chances of an overhaul appeared dead following his comments that he would not support negotiating with the Senate on its comprehensive bill.
“Is immigration reform dead?” Boehner told reporters. “Absolutely not.”

Now an additional reason to make this dead, add to the list: Harry Reid take-over today (nuke option) of the Sinate.
Lame duck session. After all the primaries and elections are over, they will use whatever power they have to screw us over.
After reading that article I wouldnt hold my breath for amnesty if I had a bunch of relatives who were illegals.

Right now, although undeserved, a Republican takeover of the Senate and an increased majority in the House and state legislatures is a slam dunk.
Fortunately for the Democrats, Republicans like Boehner, Cantor, McCain, et al., will work for and probably pass amnesty (aka “immigration reform”), parts of Obamacare, tax increases and debt expansions, making a sure-thing win into another cowardly loss.
Conservative Republicans are already making alternative plans for election day, like golfing, shopping, sodoku puzzles, knitting, whatever, rather than vote for backstabbing RINOs.
Boehner is an idiot.
I think that it was Rush who said that the Republican plan is to not say or do anything that would give the Democrats an opening to attack Republicans, on the other hand, that doesn’t mean that they are going to give them everything that they want. The idea is to verbally agree to everything the Democrats want, but not carry through.
They aren’t going to push for spending cuts this year, but they won’t agree to a tax increase for more spending and they will not claim that immigration reform is dead, but who knows when they will have time to tackle it and how that will be accomplished.
Let the Democrats hang themselves with the rope of Obamacare.

Boehner has no foundation, no compass, he’s in a maze of misdirection, he’s a festering flesh eating sore, makes my skin crawl, like being around a flea infested mangy dog.
