Well this should cost him another 5% in the polls. But I honestly don't think it matters at this point, I think Obama, Reid and crew have come to the realization that the Obama presidency is essentially over after the 2014 elections in which Republicans will take the senate and make gains in the house. At this point they are just planning to use the time they have left to pack the courts with far left judges in the hope of getting some of their agenda through by executive orders (upheld by the courts) and rulemaking abuse by departments like the EPA.
