I’ve noticed something. Armed law-abiding citizen are almost always better shots than the thugs.
Was doing a little geneology study in a churchyard in Jonestown and got talking to the sexton. They rented out their hall to a wedding party and had a shooting. Attendees were just as you said. There's at least one big chicken factory in the area.
If you die, people will buy dollar store plastic flowers and stuffed animals. Where do they get those in memoriam decals for the back windows of their SUVs.
If you, as a participant, are involved in any killing, by anyone, your involvement is considered murder.
Not very regrettable at all.
Sooner or later these two young aspiring criminals would have shot and killed a decent storekeeper.

Understood but what are the chances realistically of convincing the court that you really didn’t know what you were doing?
They’ve overrun the state. The Lancaster German club was moved out of the city after people were getting robbed, many elderly.
The moment they raised their weapons, they gave up their right to live. He simply notarized the death warrants that they printed and signed by their actions. The driver, by the way, can easily be convicted of murder, twice, for the deaths of his friends. The Felony Murder Rule states that, if you are ANY part of a felony, and ANY person is killed during that felony, then YOU are on the hook for a Murder charge. Let’s hope the Prosecutor’s Office applies it... while leaving the actual shooter alone, as they should.
