TRANSFERRED INTENT
Groan. The driver was present at the crime, provided the means of travel to commit the crime and because his buds were armed he understood the crime may involve homicide. Therefore, the intent to kill is shared (transferred) by the accomplice of the armed robbery. Ironic it was his buddies though. Too bad, so sad.
