NEW YORKTechnology experts say healing what ails the Healthcare.gov website will be a tougher task than the Obama administration acknowledges. "It's going to cost a lot of tax dollars to get this done," says Bill Curtis, senior vice president and chief scientist at CAST, a French software analysis company with offices in the U.S.
Curtis says programmers and systems analysts start fixing troubled websites by addressing the glitches they can see. But based on his analysis of the site, he believes the ongoing repairs are likely to reveal even deeper problems, making it tough to predict when all the site's issues will be resolved.
"Will it eventually work? Yes, because they have to make it work," he says. But it'll be very expensive."

Fleecing the taxpayers to pay for their own enslavement.
Not. Another. Dime.
I’m shocked... SHOCKED, I say!
It’s going to be more expensive then the war on poverty.. and do more damage.
If Obamas law was not actually destroying people’s lives and condemning thousands to death through healthcare rationing and unaffordable costs, it might actually be funny. Instead, Obamas folly is an epic, tragic disaster at a national and easily historic level.
But you can't do much about the smell.
Go ahead and throw a few more trillion of dollars into the hole. It is not like tax dollars are real money.
This story is obviously nonsense. Obama promised us it would be good to go on November 30, eight days from today.
He made this promise back in October, at the height of the initial wave of outrage and dismay when it was discovered that his website was the greatest, most expensive “the dog ate my homework” in history.
He made this promise also to take energy away from his critics, and succeeded.
Yes, but even Joe Dirt couldn’t haul this one around in a toy wagon....
True. Think how much actual health care that could be delivered to people for price of this website fail.
This is malfeasance.
That reason does not necessarily support the outcome. If I said I need $600 million dollars for a system and I know it will work because we need it, I'd be laugh out of the office.
This goes wayyyyy beyond malfeasance.
Guess what? The White House has just announced that they are delaying the 2015 enrollment until after the 2014 election.
Typical Federal government software project.
“Turd Polishing 101”
It might not take a shine, but you can roll it in glitter and sequins.
And confetti. Then hang it from the WH tree and call it missle turd.
Maybe the problems with the 0bamacare website are the work of programmers who are Patriots trying to save us. What better way than to take huge sums from the corrupt 0bama regime and then put up something that is FINALLY making the public wake up!
The 4 socialist excuses as to why their ideas never work.
They often use more than one at once. They really have no other arguments. Emphasis is on personally attacking those who disagree with them.
1) Denial that there is any problem at all.
“The Titanic is not sinking, because it can’t sink, because it is unsinkable! Anyone who says it is sinking is lying!”
2) Insistence that their idea has been sabotaged.
“It is the fault of the evil iceberg believers who want everyone to drown in frigid water. Everyone must do what we say, not believe in icebergs, and nobody will be hurt!”
3) Complaints and demands that more money will fix the problem, and their idea has been denied the money it needs to work.
“It is the fault of the rich passengers that we are sinking, so they must give us all their money!”
4) Insistence that the idea will only work if it is universal.
“Nobody can be allowed to leave the Titanic and get on the Carpathia (the other ship). It’s not *fair* that the Carpathia is not sinking, so if people leave the Titanic to board the Carpathia, *of course* the Titanic will sink!”
Good News-Your health coverage is going to cost $2,500 less. Bad news your taxes are going up $15,000. to pay for it.
