A St. Petersburg man is dead after a botched robbery attempt overnight.

Beachum had a gun, and the two men fought over that gun. During the struggle, investigators say the gun went off, killing Beachum.

Gun grabbers always tell law abiding citizens that they are more likely to be killed with their own gun, yet they never try to appeal to the criminals with the same argument.

Yup, it just went off. Except that it's pretty damn near impossible for such a thing to happen.

I guess the guy who won the fight wasn't a white guy, or he'd be in jail and the usual suspects would be there claiming it was a "hate crime".

He is not facing charges right now.

Drug deal gone bad. Someone was killed during a crime. You betcha there will be charged which will get two low lifes off the streets.

If there is a gun that is involved in a shooting with no paper work associating the shooter it always belongs to the shootee.
