The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) spent approximately $900 million over the last 5 years for behavior detection officers to identify high-risk passengers, but so far, according to the General Accountability Office (GAO), only 0.59% of the passengers flagged were arrested, and among those, not one was charged with terrorismzero.
In 2003, the TSA started testing its Screening of Passengers by Observation Technique (SPOT) program, which was then fully deployed in 2007. About 3,000 behavior detection officers (BDO) had been deployed to 176 of the more than 450 TSA-regulated airports in the United States by fiscal year 2012 (Oct. 1, 2011Sept. 30, 2012), according to the GAO.

Whew! It’s a good thing the dollar isn’t worth much, isn’t it?
How much have we spent on the TSA? They haven’t caught one terrorist period.
From the same folks who brought you a website that doesn’t work!
Just another slush fund. Boy, we thought Bill Clinton was good at laundering money.
Shut it down now!!!
Who got paid, and what’s their relationship to Obama and the DNC?
Ha ha ha ha. I’ve experienced some of their “behaviour detection”. I’m going through the line and the TSA guy looks me in the eye and tells me my ticket is invalid. He watches me closely. Since I have not shown him my “ticket” which is at this point a boarding pass, I just say OK and proceed. I guess that was the correct thing to do since I got on the plane. I’ve also had them wave me toward the naked scanner then wave me off, then back, while looking at my eyes (pupil response, maybe?).
Imagine if the federal government actually gets some tech that allows them to determine intent- to a high degree of confidence. Some administrations would deploy that in critical voting precincts!
We had a DHS director who demanded naked scanners then retired to work for the naked scanner company as CEO or CFO or something.
Maybe they will try remote viewing next.
Just another way to boost the number of government employees paying dues to the SEIU.
SEIU’s got CA basically locked down.
Seems to work very well with Israel and a myriad of other countries .... think possibly the slack-jawed, inbred, high forehead TSA agents trained are part of the problem?
Which one of barry or michele’s friends got all of this money?
It's not a complete loss. After all, as long as they keep busy at the checkpoints feeling up passengers or gaping at the nudie scanners, they're on the ground not in the air.
Maybe they would have if they were not trained to suspect older white Granny and instead were looking at the bearded Mid East looking young men wearing Nike’s and golf shirts in winter.
Obviously, the mere presence of highly trained and professional TS agents has scared 100% of the potential terrorists away.
You aren't going to get that out of the average TSA officer.
