France, one of the six powers that negotiated Sundays interim pact with Iran to curb its disputed nuclear program, said in response to Zarifs statement that Tehran had to keep to what was agreed in the Geneva talks.
When you think about it, it's an interesting strategy to sign an agreement, accept the benefits ($8 billion in unfrozen assets), and then see how much you can violate it. They'll say the language is unclear, while boasting to their populace how they've fooled the West.
