Letter: I'll send my Obamacare bills to Congress
South Jersey Times By South Jersey Times on November 27, 2013 at 8:57 PM
To the Editor:
I recently received a notice from my medical insurance carrier that my current policy will be terminated on Dec. 31.
They offered me a new contract starting Jan. 1, 2014. The monthly premium triples from the current contract and the co-pay increases.
When I questioned the carrier about the increase I was told that the Affordable Health Care Act imposes additional mandates that resulted in increased cost.
I cannot afford such a large increase. Any medical expenses that I may incur I will bill our members of Congress who voted in favor of the Affordable Health Care Act. They made the mistake, they shoud pay for it.
If they refuse to pay, I will bring a civil lawsuit against them for the recovery of my financial losses.
I urge anyone else with my experience to do the same.

Good idea. Obama promised a $2,500 savings. He can pay the difference.
Good luck with that Jersey guy. Congress critters are immune from their actions. You can’t sue the gubermint.
I’m not doing s***, I’m not paying s***, this stops right here, f*** them
He’ll get a form letter back thanking him for sharing his opinion on this important topic.
“Im not doing s***, Im not paying s***, this stops right here, f*** them.”
Well said, sir. Well said indeed.
We've gotten many of those with a response that this is good for us. Of course they never mention their exemption.
Being in NJ though, I wonder which party this guy is voting for?
i think we all ought to send our bills to overy democrat in congress. they effed this thing up. they have the audacity to exempt themselves from it and push for waivers from its hefty costs for their staffers.
effing bastard communists.
I thought that too. At least he can vote against the Dems, even if he can’t sue them.
I like it.
Thank you kindly, good sir.
If your subsidy is not covering it or you are not on medicare then you must be rich.
If you had insurance (and didn’t work for government) then you deserved to lose it. That was the intention. It wasnt fair before now it is.
But don’t blame Obamacare its those greedy corporations trying to make $$$$ off your pain.
Lobby congress to spend more on it.
Or quit your job so you can get it free.
Welcome to Obamacare.
Will he? I dunno. That’s a lot to expect.
He should have sent a copy to John Roberts as well that little weasel was an accomplice to Obamacare.

"It costs you taxpayers a billion dollars annually to
keep the Obama family in the WH....so I economized this
year---I made this dress on my hand-operated Singer
sewing machine with 3 1/2 yards of rayon lame---$1.17
a yard on sale at WalMart."
It’s time to re-think the immunity that government people have.
