Yeah...right... youth programs have worked so well in the past.
Any liberal—black or white-—who persists in the idiotic “they need more programs” argument deserves to get slapped silly. Liberals are chiefly responsible for the outrageous levels of black crime. Conservative solutions would reduce the crime by a very large degree. Treating the thugs nicely will never work. Harsher methods are needed.
