I see, well I just read a new report on the story. The kid FOUND the gun in the restroom and was taking it to the office.
Now there Dick Tracy do you still think he should have been shot?
Lets just call it what it is I am not a kneejerker. When I shot I am sure of my target.
You on the other had should not be near anything stronger than a squirt gun because clearly you are clueless!
BTW there is no report about the kid finding the gun. I just made it up to prove a point. WHY because no one knew the situation, yet monkeyboy was going to shoot a kid who didn’t need to

EGGSactly Batman! ;-)
High school age students used to be able to take their guns to school and practice with them there if they had a range on campus. But that was in another America long ago.
Good grief! Didya have a bad Thanksgiving??
MY freshman year of High School I took my 22 bolt action to school (with the bolt removed an in my pocket) as I was walking down the hall with it the Vice Principal saw me and asked to see the gun. He asked me what I was doing with it as he looked it over.
I told him I was taking it to metal shop to tap it for a scope. He then told me in a vary stern voice. Make sure you get the scope mounted far enough forward that you have some distance between your eye and the lens. He said its a first timers mistake to think they need the scope very close to the eye. He then asked me to bring it by his office after I got the scope on. And I did.
Can you imagine the response now to the same scenario?
You are a bleeding a-hole.
You do not kill someone without trial unless they pose immediate risk of fatal or critical injury to another. Not for 'wasting time' or 'being selfish'.
Bleeding a-holes always take the side of unconstitutional and often fatal oppression by an all-powerful state.
Good thing they did not kill him. Seems that unless there is active shooting going on, best not to fire on a 14 year old with a pellet gun immediately.
Thanks Mad Dawgg - a little sanity.
My wife will tell you that “Mad Dawgg” and “sanity” are two words that are rarely found in the same sentence unless the word “lacking” is used as well.
Doesn’t he know that they have a zero tolerance policy? Why, even the security guards don’t have guns, so that there won’t be any shoot-outs.
Looks like the Amazon.com Drone will finally be delivering that Camera I ordered. It really pays to be an Amazon Prime customer.
Yep, my Brother did just that back in the late 50’s on Long Island, NY.
Class of 2012 newbie calling a Class of 2000 longtime Freeper a “Bleeding heart liberal”??
Seriously? Lighten up, finnegan - people have different opinions. Especially when it concerns a kid’s life and potential death.
It’s called a “Discussion Forum” for a reason.
Can we assume his parents are democrats who have him on anti-depressants?
LOL - the response today would be the principal would call the cops and someone on their keyboard would be tapping away that you should be shot. That said, this is a different time - and the kid might have been up to no good. Luckily police officers are trained to err on the side of safety - for all... including insane 14 year olds - if possible.
And in three languages...
English, Spanish and Eubonics...
