There have been reports that Jang's economic initiative drew fire from those who felt Jang's cronies are to get all the benefits and they are left out in the cold. So who is going to run economic programs now? or is there any left? Recent behaviors of N. Korean regime lack consistency.

Communism...there is never any advancements but fear. One power play after the other - and the those in the populace are the victims - too weak and afraid to rise up...but then again, they bought in to the promise that socialism was the answer...it serves them well an provides a glaring example for the rest of us!

Quite the survivor. Grandpa didn't approve of him and has his kicked out of college and demoted to a factory where he almost died. Papa purged his supporters and demoted him a couple of times. It looks like Jr. finally did him in.

My, what a surprise to read this. I didn’t know Aunty and Uncle’s relationship was so fractured. Do you see any possibility she would try to wrest power from Jong Eun? I don’t think her health is all that good?
