A middle school student in Kansas who wanted to promote a See You At the Pole prayer event was barred from doing so because the fliers she posted in the school had illegal Bible verses, according to a federal lawsuit.
Officials at Robert E. Clark Middle School in Bonner Springs confiscated and destroyed the fliers the student had already posted, attorney Matt Sharp alleged.

Or Scientology, Wicca, Humanist, Zoroastrian, Satan Worship or Pagan.
Bet they’d find all of that quite acceptable.
Apparently someone needs to be instructed on the “(shall not) prohibit the free exercise thereof” part of the 1st Amendment.
Oh, they are going to be instructed. All the way to termination, and costing the school district millions. The lawsuit has been filed, the attorney feels confident that they will win.
