Hundreds line up for food voucher distribution [A Glimpse of the Future if Amnesty Passes]
wsvn ^ | 12/3/13

South Floridians looking for some holiday help are lining up for the chance to get their hands on a voucher that will guarantee them a basket full of food...

Voucher distribution will begin Wednesday at 8 a.m. and will be given to the first 3,000 people in line. Recipients will then return on Dec. 18 for the food distribution. Only one ticket per household will be given.

It's a tradition for many here, just like Black Friday shopping is for others. "I've been here since Saturday, Saturday in the morning," said one resident. "From Saturday in the morning with my little puppy."

It's a tradition for many here, just like Black Friday shopping...

The video shows a woman who has come for the free food since she was SIX YEARS OLD. And Obama and his enablers (some Republicans included) want to grant amnesty....which will exacerbate this "tradition".

I used to drive by the Methodist Charity Food bank on the way to work every day and ate around the area at lunch time.

You’d see dozens of nice cars parked out side each day and some illegal or other ‘customer’ go in and get their take every week (at least a couple of grocery bags full). The food they get there allows them to use their EBT money for other things.

When I moved out after HS, was single and living with room mates I went to the food bank a few times during some rough patches. I never saw anyone that I thought wasn’t deserving, but I can see how it could be abused.

The ones that largely do this are professional entitlement leeches. It becomes part of their entitlement quest routine.

There is nothing wrong with a family or even single person down on his/her luck using these places of charity. But they have been subsumed by the masses of sloths that make their livings doing absolutely nothing.

Illegals are EXPERTS at milking the system for all that it’s worth

Who knows? Some dipsh!t liberal reporter might even come along and put them on TV so they can tell all their frens.

Of course, if she had just worked at a job for four days instead of waiting in line for four days for a voucher, she would have more money.

Isn't that nice----they took time out from poring over their holdings pocketed from riding the US gravy train under multiple identities:

UI, SSI, Workmen's Comp,

TANF (temporary assistance to needy families),

WICS (food assistance),

subsidized Section 8 shelter,

ObamaPhone subsidies,

Utility Assistance subsidies,

School breakfasts/lunches/snacks subsidies,

$5000 a year EITC checks per identity,

monthly "asylum" checks from SS ....

All of that collected several times over using multiple several identities.

Plus there's the hefty bundles of US cash---from stiffing US banks for fraudulent sub-prime mtges (which we taxpayers had to bailout).

Once the “safety net” became so entrenched, I don’t see why anyone would ever give to a food pantry (or practically any other charity). Our poor people have an obesity and diabetes epidemic; they don’t need more food.

ID theft fuels ‘tsunami’ of tax fraud in South Florida
The Miami Herald | 10/20/12 | Jay Weaver / FR Posted by ruralvoter

Stealing IDs off the Internet has become easier than swiping candy from a convenience store. Consider the case of Rodney St. Fleur, who was recently charged with taking the names of 26,000 people from public databases, including prison inmates. He obtained their Social Security numbers through online LexisNexis research services at his employer’s law office in North Miami Beach, according to a search warrant.

Authorities say some of St. Fleur’s information ended up in the hands of Frantz Pierre, a one-time North Miami gang member who was arrested at his seven-bedroom Parkland home last week. Pierre is accused of heading a ring that collected nearly $2 million in fraudulent federal tax refunds on more than 300 pre-paid debit cards in 2010.

The alleged St. Fleur-Pierre connection highlights the relative ease of misappropriating the identities of everyone from prison inmates posted on open databases to the deceased listed on the Social Security Administration’s master file of dead people, authorities say.(Excerpt) Read more at miamiherald.com ... ====================================================

IRS missing billions in ID theft / By Josh Lederman / FR Posted by MrChips

WASHINGTON—The IRS Service may have delivered more than $5 billion in refund checks to identity thieves who filed fraudulent tax returns for 2011, Treasury Dept investigators said Thursday. They estimate another $21 billion could make its way to ID thieves' pockets over the next five years.

The IRS is detecting far fewer fraudulent tax refund claims than actually occur, according to a government audit that warned the widespread problem could undermine public trust in the U.S. tax system.

Although the IRS detected about 940,000 fraudulent returns for last year claiming $6.5 billion in refunds, there were potentially another 1.5 million undetected cases of thieves seeking refunds after assuming the identity of a dead person, child or someone else who normally wouldn't file a tax return.

In one example, investigators found a single address in Lansing, Mich., that was used to file 2,137 separate tax returns. The IRS issued more than $3.3 million in refunds to that address. Three addresses in Florida, the epicenter of the identity theft crisis, filed more than 500 returns totaling more than $1 million in refunds for each address.

In another troubling scenario, hundreds of refunds were deposited into the same bank account—a red flag for investigators searching for ID thieves who may be filing for refunds for multiple people. In one instance, the IRS deposited 590 refunds totaling more than $900,000 into one account. http://www.twincities.com/national/ci_21218839/irs-missing-billions-id-theft (Excerpt) Read more at twincities.com ...

NOTE....most of this fraud is on the basis of earned income tax credit.....

ICE's "documents and benefits fraud task force" found a common practice among "impoverished" illegals is to buy several faked identities for several thousand dollars each----the illegal then votes and rides the US gravy train under several names.

<><> Jose Madrigal---the Washington state rapist---had some 30 identities. And probably voted and collected US benefits under every single identity.

<><> Another illegal used multiple identites to bilk UI systems of some $3.5 million.

============================================

US Dept of the Treasury Says Illegal Aliens Collecting Billions in Tax Credits According to the US Dept of Treasury’s Inspector General, more than $4.2 billion in additional child credits were paid out in 2010 to illegal immigrants. In 2005, the pay outs totaled $924 million. This program allows low income earners to claim a $1,000 per child credit. $20 billion EITC is estimated to have been paid out to these cunning "impoverished" illegals. Most of them are collecting over and over again-----using multiple identities-----falsifying official apps---claiming children they do not have and/or falsely stating kids are back in their homelands.

REFERENCE March 8, 2012 KENNER, La. -- Kenner police arrested illegal Marvin Baca who sold false W-2 forms to another illegal immigrant for $1,500. Baca sold fraudulent W-2 forms for $1,500 to other Hispanics here illegally.

Police said that on one of the forged W-2 forms had a SS no of a person living in Virginia. Police said illegal Hispanics purchase fictitious W-2 forms and file false tax returns with the government to receive EITC refunds. Baca was charged with one count of ID theft and two counts of forgery.

I used to give to charities, even the FOP, Sheriff’s Association, food banks, disease foundations, etc.

Now when I get a call and they spiel into their “I’m so and so from the Red Cross (insert charity here)......”

I cut them off and say “I’m sorry, I don’t give to charity any more because I can’t afford it. Go ask Obama for it.” and then I hang up.

THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC is a Caribbean nation notorious for corrupt governments. US politicians' frequent the DR "amenities" at its posh resorts; rock stars and celebrities relax at luxe villas spending big bucks there.

NOTE Recent travel brochures report that the DR has no safety net or state-sponsored job creation for its largely impoverished citizenry.

THIRD WORLD MONEY LAUNDERING IN AMERICA The one million Dominican citizens currently living illegally in the US send home about a billion US dollars annually---which is considered by the corrupt do-nothing DR govt to be a major source of state revenue. A steady exodus leaves for US shores lured by the endless US gravy train. Money laundering is rampant in the form of Dominican here on food stamps/welfare. etc, laundering EBT cards through corrupt grocers--- where cash is handed out from EBT cards, then sent to the DR.

THE MODUS OPERANDI (1) using multiple identities, and, (2) falsifying official Govt documents. The scam up- close---getting food stamps (which they apparently do not need), using EBT cards for food, and shipping EBT food to the Third World where the food is sold for profit.

===============================================

NY POST EXCLUSIVE REPORT New York food stamp recipients ship welfare-funded groceries to Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Haiti....and so on. Tax-subsidized food stamps are paying to buy and ship food to Jamaica, Haiti and the Dominican Republic....where the food is sold for profit.

A spokeswoman for the US Dept of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service said the $86 BILLION welfare program is reserved for poor US households that buy and prepare food. "States should intervene if people are caught shipping non- perishables abroad", she said.

A senior fellow at the Cato Institute called it another example of welfare abuse. “The purpose of this program is to help Americans who don’t have enough to eat. This is not intended as a form of foreign aid.” As an example, US taxpayers spent $522.7 million on foreign aid to the Caribbean last fiscal year, govt data show.

HERE'S HOW The "needy connivers" buy barrels available in supermarkets in latino enclaves---then ship them filled with $500 to $2,000 worth of EBT-paid groceries to Third World---where the groceries are sold for cash.

===============================================

Pioneer Supermarket, Brooklyn sells blue plastic
barrels for $40 each used to ship food bought e/ tax-subsidized EBT cards to the Caribbean.

=========================================

PEW REPORT The US is the most important source of remittances to Latin America, accounting for 3/4's of last year's $52.9 billion total. -- wire transfers of US tax dollars accounted for the highest percentage of GDP in El Salvador (16.5%), Honduras (15.7%) and Guatemala 10%).-- The US is No. 1 nation from which illegals' wire transfers originate, sending $123.3 billion abroad in 2012.

FUN-FILLED FACTS Amazing how much discretionary income these low-wage illegals send back home....illegals barely eking out an existence on sub-minimum wages, in jobs like lawn-mowing and hamburger flipping.

ANOTHER FUN-FILLED FACT A latino woman residing in California, who spoke not a word of English, had a $100,000 nest egg and lived in a paid-up $100,000 home. She was on TV b/c she lost the nest egg to a father/son con game. The conmen were also latinos who got filthy rich preying on non-English speaking latinos in low-paying jobs who had thousands of dollars to invest.

It is amazing how many times it seems my phone number has been sold from one scam charity to another, even though I’ve been doing this for a couple of years now. It appears there is no honor among thieves any more.

It’s just as well, I think. Most of these phone charities just contract some phone bank outfit to make the calls, collect the money, etc. I’ve read where they (the charities) often only end up with less than 20% of the scammed take.

FLORIDA IS THE EPICENTER FOR LATINO SUB-PRIME MTGE SCAM------Florida Broker Sentenced to 42 Months for His Participation in Versailles Mortgage Fraud Scheme (loansafe.com report circa Oct 2012)

(Source: FBI) - Wifredo A. Ferrer, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida; et al, and the Palm Beach County Mortgage Fraud Task Force announce that defendant Juan Carlos Rodriguez, 52, a real estate agent and mortgage broker from Weston, Florida, was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Judge Kenneth A. Marra for his participation in a mortgage fraud scheme relating to properties in the Versailles development in Wellington, Florida.

Judge Marra sentenced Rodriguez to 42 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release. On May 11, 2012, Juan Carlos Rodriguez pled guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud, wire fraud, and financial institution fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1349, and conspiracy to commit money laundering, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1956(h). A restitution hearing has been scheduled for December 21, 2012, at 9:00 a.m.

Over the last five years, more than 30 defendants have been prosecuted for mortgage fraud schemes in the Versailles neighborhood. Most recently, in addition to Rodriguez, eight other individuals have pled guilty and been sentenced in four related mortgage fraud schemes that were centered in Versailles:

According to court documents, the defendants used “straw buyers” to submit false documentation to various mortgage lenders substantially inflating the purchase price of the properties. As part of the conspiracy, duplicate HUD-1 Settlement Statements were prepared. One set, listing the real price, was provided to the seller; another set, with the inflated price, was provided to the lender.

The difference between the real price and the inflated price was either made to appear as if it were a debt owed to business entities controlled by the defendants and their co-conspirators or was made to appear as profits to the seller. The fraudulent loan proceeds were then laundered through multiple accounts to conceal the source and distribution of the money and were ultimately used for the benefit of the defendants and their co-conspirators.

Mr. Ferrer commended the investigative efforts of the FBI, IRS-CID, U.S. Secret Service, Florida’s Department of Financial Services and Office of Financial Regulation, FDLE, and the Palm Beach County Mortgage Fraud Task Force. The cases are being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Stephanie Evans, Ellen Cohen, and Carolyn Bell.

EXCERPT--A copy of this press release may be found on the website of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida at www.usdoj.gov/usao/fls.

I’d believe it; now they have an index that informs donors how much of each $1 goes to the beneficiaries. Some are at or near 100%; I’d imagine the administration is paid from an endowment set up a long time ago.

What turned me off to charitable giving (which I've done a lot of especially with the JayCee's) was the people that came for handouts.

Very few were actually needy but most were greedy.

Seems they always had money for booze and smokes, though.
