History will record that on Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on the Judiciary met to consider the impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama.
They didnt use that word, of course. Republican leaders frown on such labeling because it makes the House majority look, well, crazy.
It is, Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) said from the dais, the word that we dont like to say in this committee, and Im not about to utter here in this particular hearing.
One of the majoritys witnesses, Georgetown law professor Nicholas Rosenkranz, encouraged the Republicans not to be so shy. I dont think you should be hesitant to speak the word in this room, he said. A check on executive lawlessness is impeachment.
This gave the lawmakers courage. Im often asked this, said Rep. Doug Collins (R-Ga.) You got to go up there, and you just impeach him.
Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Tex.), who has said there are enough votes in the House to impeach Obama, added: Weve also talked about the I-word, impeachment, which I dont think would get past the Senate in the current climate. . . . Is there anything else we can do?
Why, yes, there is, congressman: You can hold hearings that accomplish nothing but allow you to sound fierce for your most rabid constituents.

So you're telling me there's a chance... *YEAH!*
HAHAHAHA AHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA AHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!
Ah. Ahh...I just couldn't help myself...I...
HAHAHAHA AHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA AHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!
Love that reference...!
His head is so far up his arse that he has to unbutton his shirt to see where he is going.
Republicans willing to vote to impeach a black president ... zero.
And your suggestion would be...
Mark Levin:
This nation is in grave jeopardy like nothing Ive ever seen before
Levin starts out:
We have President of the United States who should have been impeached and removed last year, but to even mention it is wacko and extreme, controversial and provocative... But the framers would have thought so
We have President of the United States who should have been impeached and removed last year

NSA, IRS, Benghazi, Obamacare: Where are Republican demands for impeachment?

All good congressman should articulate that message and pursue it as far as possible.
All Obama supporting congressman need to go on record voting against it.
Anything short of that course of action yields good congressman sending out the wrong message to less involvled folks that impeachment and removal aren't appropriate.
Anything short of that course of action yields good congressman following the same failed strategy that the Republicans-GWBush-Rove and all the rest of them have been following since 1995.
The get-along-with-them-while-we-say-and-do-very-little strategy has brought this country to the cutting edge of tyranny.
Dont you have to have the votes in the senate? Why impeach if you cannot convict?
Some folks here would rather find the rock Mitch McConnell hides under and join him as the U.S.S. sinks to the bottom.
Exactly. He should already be on the street. There are more than enough things. Hell, he likely should have never been electable in the first place.
But I don’t see an impeachment coming. I think it is a pipe dream, even if he is found in bed with a dead boy or an underage girl.
And, even those things, with liberals, are resume enhancers.
Won’t happen. Even if the GOP wins the Senate next year.
Not unless Obama does something completely egregious and the Dems go after him.
Ya, lets wait for a scandal or a sign of reckless inept leadership...
yuk yuk..
The place we need to fight the war is the primaries. We need to most conservative candidates possibly to win the primaries and head to the general election. This is the case in the presidential elections all the way down to your local elections.
ONCE THE PRIMARIES ARE OVER, we need to all fall in line to support our candidates, even if they are not perfect. Romney was/is seriously flawed and not very conservative, but he was "amoreperfectcandidate" than Obama.
This is war and how it plays out will determine the fate of our country. In war, there are discussion and debates about what strategies are best to realize victory. Once a decision has been made on how to proceed, ALL RESOURCES MUST BE BROUGHT TO BEAR TO SUPPORT THAT DECISION. You can't have people who think it should be done a different way check out and not put in 100% effort. To do so dooms us to failure.
We need to fight tooth and nail to get the conservatives in charge of the process. Even if we are able to do this, it will likely happen over a period of time. We can't take our ball and go home in the interim. This is an absolute truth whether we like it or not.
Fight the GOPe bastards all along the way. Starve them of funds and support the conservative candidates directly. Go Alinsky on them and ridicule whenever possible. But when it comes to the election itself, the time has passed for making a principled stand when the likes of Harry Reid. Chuck Schumer and Barack Obama are the alternative.
We’ve already tried being ruled by a king. It didn’t work out.
For him.
And if, on January 3, 2015, there are 55 or 56 GOP Senators? Then it will NOT be a waste of time?
“Boehner, are you listening?”
It is Boehner Who would never allow the impeachment of Obama.
If Pubs take the Presidency I'd like to see the NEW Justice Department investigate fully the Obama administration, Holder, the NSA, & the IRS. I have no doubt numerous criminal charges would be the result.
.....Cue the surrender-monkeys, 3-2-1...
....Right on time yoou are.
