Pro-Obama Turley: Obama's "Become The Very Danger The Constitution Was Designed To Avoid" (video)

JONATHAN TURLEY: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The danger is quite severe. The problem with what the president is doing is that he's not simply posing a danger to the constitutional system. He's becoming the very danger the Constitution was designed to avoid. That is the concentration of power in every single branch.

I could have told him that.

It was said that Stalinism was a cult of personality,
but that was wrong, it was a cult of hypocracy.

This is what we see now, here.

And our so-called balance of power does what?

I never imagined America could be taken over by a dictator. Obama is a dictator and he will only get worse.

I listened to that entire hearing and the most profound statement and I apologize for having to paraphrase but it was something like:

The real danger here is that the electorate will conclude that this body and the congress is not bound by law and neither are they.

If the democrats manage to pull off a win in both houses in 2014, Turley will be more than pleased to endorse the devastation of our government.

He’s simply another shill for the left who has, in my opinion, become a credulous creature instead of the truly bright man he ONCE was.

The left is banking on violence. Since I cannot believe anyone anymore; the lies and obfuscation are thick, how to judge his sincerity?

He and the rest of the left are worried because people are waking up. By people, I mean the person on the street, left or right who now sees how very dangerous this situation has become.

He doesn’t want the left to lose the Congress. What better way to distance them from Obama than by decrying his whole usurpation of the government.

The exact quote is from Michael Cannon who was testifying before the House Judiciary Committee as well on Tuesday.

“There is one last thing to which the people can resort if the government does not respect the restraints the Constitution places on the government.

Abraham Lincoln talked about our right to alter our government, or our revolutionary right to overthrow it. That is certainly something that no one wants to contemplate but...if the people come to believe that the government is no longer constrained by the laws then they will conclude that neither are they.

That is why it is a very, very dangerous sort of thing for the president to do -- to wantonly ignore the laws and to try to impose obligations on people that the legislature did not approve.”

Never forget who voted for him. We all know some, be they neighbors, co-workers, acquaintances, and, yes, even family members. THEY made this horror possible. So, never forget who they are. Payback comes in many forms, and it’s a
b!tch.

Obama and Obamunism is a TRAIN WRECK and he’s about to see what Americans do when they’re pushed up against a wall.

It’s not going to be pretty for democrats.

Today's Democrats give lip service only to civil liberties.

The fact is they prefer a totalitarian state -- so long as it's one of their guys.

After all, if you know best, what better way to get the people to do your bidding than coercion?

The left created this monster. The left molded him, dressed him, fed him, educated him, and set him up to do just what he’s doing. The left can’t hide from it now.

Many have already made that connection. Where those charged with upholding the law...politicians, police, and judges have themselves decided to ignore the law, the people must also break the laws or be subjugated by a criminal government. For example in NY millions have decided that they will not comply with the SAFE act and millions more will not. Imply with Obamacare. If they want a war between the government and the people keep pushing.

The “Progressives” will soon savage Jonathan Turley. I suppose he could join the millions of Conservatives that have been mugged by the reality that liberals impose.
I still call myself a Classic liberal.

Some of us saw that from day one. Liberals are obsessed with acquiring absolute power.

I didn’t earn a PhD., didn’t even attend a prestigious Ivy League university...but I knew this from day one, Jonathan Turley.

Remember when Turley had some guts, and stood up against Clinton when the Impeached Liar lied under oath? Then he lost his way...and so has 99% of the Democrat party.

Now, Turley has gotten religion again.

I am concerned that with the filibuster rules being changed, and the massive voter fraud being engineered by the Chicago thug machine, the true sentiments of the people may not be reflected in the 2014 elections.

Its a big part of what happened to Detroit. There is a thriving underground economy in Detroit because its effectively become illegal to do legitimate business in Detroit.

One underground restaurant owner told me that the city makes laws for no reason other than forcing honest men to pay bribes. If you don't pay the bribe, you'll find your water shut off or something.

"The real danger here is that the electorate will conclude that this body and the congress is not bound by law and neither are they."

It's the only way those people in DC can live so high on the hog--when there is still a certain segment that "plays by the rules" while those making the rules ignore those rules.
Look how quickly things turned in Romania of 1989.

I said the other day I believe if the American people ever learned the real truth about the terrorist attack in Benghazi, the French Revolution would end up looking like a walk in the park.

Democrats, republicans, news media. It’s going to be a bloodbath like people have never seen.

Turley is getting scared or he wouldn’t have said this.

I watched a documentary the other day on the mob. Michael Francese told how the gas tax scam worked. The gas station owner simply didn’t pay the quarterly tax. It would take the government at least a year before they came after him. So, the owner would simply close down and open up under a different name down the street. Francese ended up owning 26 gas stations and said he was taking in millions every week. The feds eventually wised up and started making the oil companies pay the taxes.

There’s always a way to beat the crooks if you’re willing to be more crooked than they are.

Obama is lawlessness. Everything about him is illegitimate. Total public disrespect for the law is the natural outcome when officials and the media refuse to address the phony credentials of a first class charlatan. Everyone with half a brain knows Obummer is a 100% phony and a hustler, yet they continue to pretend he is a duly qualified President. This in your face charade is the epitome of lawlessness and it has rotted out the the country from the insides.

I always thought that Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the United States Constitution was supposed to protect us from Obama ever assuming the office of POTUS IN THE FIRST PLACE. But the RNC, John Boehner and the aggregate in the political combine tell me that there are more important things to worry about, and that the will of the electorate trumps that silly ole 18th century constitution.
