JONATHAN TURLEY: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The danger is quite severe. The problem with what the president is doing is that he's not simply posing a danger to the constitutional system. He's becoming the very danger the Constitution was designed to avoid. That is the concentration of power in every single branch.

I never imagined America could be taken over by a dictator. Obama is a dictator and he will only get worse.

If the democrats manage to pull off a win in both houses in 2014, Turley will be more than pleased to endorse the devastation of our government.
He’s simply another shill for the left who has, in my opinion, become a credulous creature instead of the truly bright man he ONCE was.
The left is banking on violence. Since I cannot believe anyone anymore; the lies and obfuscation are thick, how to judge his sincerity?
He and the rest of the left are worried because people are waking up. By people, I mean the person on the street, left or right who now sees how very dangerous this situation has become.
He doesn’t want the left to lose the Congress. What better way to distance them from Obama than by decrying his whole usurpation of the government.

Many have already made that connection. Where those charged with upholding the law...politicians, police, and judges have themselves decided to ignore the law, the people must also break the laws or be subjugated by a criminal government. For example in NY millions have decided that they will not comply with the SAFE act and millions more will not. Imply with Obamacare. If they want a war between the government and the people keep pushing.
The “Progressives” will soon savage Jonathan Turley. I suppose he could join the millions of Conservatives that have been mugged by the reality that liberals impose.
I still call myself a Classic liberal.
Some of us saw that from day one. Liberals are obsessed with acquiring absolute power.
I didn’t earn a PhD., didn’t even attend a prestigious Ivy League university...but I knew this from day one, Jonathan Turley.
Remember when Turley had some guts, and stood up against Clinton when the Impeached Liar lied under oath? Then he lost his way...and so has 99% of the Democrat party.
Now, Turley has gotten religion again.
I am concerned that with the filibuster rules being changed, and the massive voter fraud being engineered by the Chicago thug machine, the true sentiments of the people may not be reflected in the 2014 elections.
