You’re good at falling to liberal invective when things aren’t going your way. Either Washington or God was what you called the “strawman”, because I mentioned nobody else. And the fact remains that Ros-Lehtinen is not a conservative. Any politician that fights God leads the country down the bad path.

Were you trying to say something else? Please don’t be cryptic and presume I know what you’re saying.

Who had wooden teeth?

AFAICR, Washington’s dentures were made of different materials (usually metal or ivory), but not wood per the myth.

Your point is perfect and on target, naturally. That’s why the goal posts keep being moved by our fellow freeper, here.

Ros sees the obvious, and more of it in Florida than many other states. She is spot on and it will sell, especially among more informed women voters.

I made the point some time ago that it was the US government who first baited the ever increasing numbers of Mexicans to cross over, for labor interests, while conveniently dumping over our own border law enforcement in the process, and what’s more, we all know it.

Now that it is gotten out of hand, decades later, we think we will round up millions whose very children know no other home but America, and run them out.

It is so never going to happen, but you can not convince a wooden Indian that his foot is on fire. He just has no ability to care.

Either you are being coy (ie disingenuous) or you are ignorant of the meanings of both 'non-sequitur' and 'straw man.' I suspect the latter.

Ros-Lehtinen is rock solid on pro-life issues. That's an issue you could equate with following or fighting God. Only an idiot would equate the immigration/illegal alien issue with that.

Then why was he always spitting termites and carpenter bees?
I’m just trying to separate you and that big cat. Never mind.

That’s like saying Peter King is “rock solid on anti-terrorism issues” while he supports the IRA.

There are lots of nominal Catholics (including nominal clergy) that are also “rock solid on anti-abortion issues” yet are demanding “immigration reform” and other liberal causes. Forgot that breaking one of the commandments is breaking them all? That’s God’s word, and standing up for gays negates the so-called “rock solid” stance against abortion per that word. The endorsement by the LCR says it all, too.

That is just a flat out lie. It is not like that at all. Your example is one of someone who pays lip service to an issue and acts in direct opposition to his words. That is utterly false when applied to Ros-Lehtinen's pro-life stance and record. When you can figure out how to debate without lying out your arse get back to me.

You appear very desperate to defend hypocrisy. The Log Cabin Republicans’ endorsement says enough, never mind the pro-illegal stance in spite of that stance wounding honest Cubans. I don’t have to lie about anything obviously (and did not), especially what’s part of the record and cannot be denied.
Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. — Matthew 5:19

For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. — James 2:10
That includes those that hurl false accusations.

Another amnesty shill inside the wire. Sad.

U.S. patriotism seems to get diluted among folks with dual loyalties like this South Florida woman.

That’s good, because I ain’t one and you just herein admitted it.

By your standard, the GOP has absolutely no RINOs then. Good luck trying to push that view on conservatives.

Lies can be debunked, if they are indeed lies. By all means, go for it instead of being petulant.

But using the example of Ros-Lehtinen, how can being conservative on one issue yet liberal on several others make one all conservative? To say that it does leads to the logical conclusion that all in the GOP are then conservative save the ones that are totally liberal and are ready to “jump ship” as it were. These are your words, not mine.

... make one all conservative?

There is that lying form you again.

Lies can be debunked, if they are indeed lies. By all means, go for it instead of being petulant.

That's true. Here it is...

I said "Ileana Ros-Lehtinen is pretty conservative for the most part."

Not "all conservative." Now you've been proved with absolute evidence to be a liar. Worse you seem utterly incapable of telling the truth at all. Reminds me of someone. Someone well versed in the Alinsky tactics you keep employing here.

There is no such thing as “conservative for the most part”. Goes back to those Bible verses that you insist on ignoring.
So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. — Revelation 3:16

PS. People who quote the Bible in the context of US conservatism are using Alinsky tactics? Really?

No, people who call people liars without cause are using Alinsky tactics.
