Here’s a new theory: Not enough meetings.
Politico points out on Friday morning that President Obama and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius simply never met in private meetings.
Get this:
Between July 12, 2010, to Nov. 30, 2013, the president’s public schedule indicates a total of zero one-on-one meetings between Obama and Sebelius.
Over the same period, Politico reported, the president's calendar lists 277 private meetings with his other Cabinet secretaries (excluding full Cabinet meetings).

He gets all his information from the newspapers just like everyone else. That way he cannot be expected to get the straight story and cannot be held accountable for the details or facts on anything. He does that with everything. Please explain how he can be held accountable again...........I despise that POS.

The very wording of the “Patient (non) Protection and (un) Affordable Care Act of 2010” has numerous references to “as the Secretary may direct”, giving ?Sebelius? practically unfettered “carte blanche”.
The Current Occupant now squatting in the White Hut (or “Spite Hut”) has no incentive to even look up the provisions included in the Obamacare act.
