The realities are that, you know, as a black man, you know, Barack can get shot going to the gas station, you know. ― Michelle Obama
"(America is) just downright mean."
"This is who we are. I've got a loud mouth.
"You know, hes (Barack) got a healthy ego because anybody who decides theyre gonna be president of the United States has to think well of themselves."
"We've been nullified by the fear mongers, you know? It's almost as if people have voted against their best personal issue interests because they've been so afraid of what could happen. You know, the terrorists are gonna get us."
For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country. And not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change. And I have been desperate to see our country moving in that direction. - Michelle Obama

White Students on This Campus Are Racist (Angry letter to an editor FROM Michelle while in college) If ever there was an example of the TWC governing boards obsession with race, an editorial from October 21, 1981 is it. The members took great offense to an op-ed titled Rebuilding Race Relations, calling the article racist, offensive, and inaccurate for daring to question the groups true commitment and to present a thesis on race relations counter to its own. The word RE-building implies that race relations once existed and, for some mysterious reasons, fell apart
, the board wrote in a scathing letter to the editor. We, on the other hand, believe that race relations have never been and still are not at a satisfactory level. We are not RE-building. We cannot RE-build something that never existed in the first place. Dont hide behind excuses such as a lack of effort [to integrate with the Princeton campus] on our part, the revealing letter added. The bottom line is that white students on this campus are racist, but they may not realize it. [Emphasis added]

Its easier to hold onto your own stereotypes and misconceptions, it makes you feel justified in your own ignorance. Thats America. ― Michelle Obama The most condescending thing I've read in a while, this one should see the light of day every day. Maybe we just need to learn to love our self-proclaimed intillectuals a little bit more...

I love it when they go on Safari too. There’s an outside chance of Moochie and Barry getting eaten by a lion.

I know, what a quote. In her college “thesis” she made the bold statement that even those white students and professors who tried to keep an open mind about race relations were “still racist” even though they may not have realized it. Holy CRAP! Talk about clinging to a stereotype

The race card has provided a really good living for a good number of race hustlers. The Obama family has to be near the top of the list.

My experiences at Princeton have made me far more aware of my blackness than ever before, the future Mrs. Obama wrote in her thesis introduction. I have found that at Princeton, no matter how liberal and open-minded some of my white professors and classmates try to be toward me, I sometimes feel like a visitor on campus; as if I really dont belong. Regardless of the circumstances underwhich I interact with whites at Princeton, it often seems as if, to them, I will always be black first and a student second.Introspection of FNOTUS, every thing is about race and her fat black ass.

I sometimes feel like a visitor on campus; as if I really dont belong. I've read he thesis. It's incredible that it was accepted, given its poor spelling and grammar. She's right, she didn't belong there. The rest of the student body, and the faculty, were head and shoulders above her in the brains department. The college should be ashamed of itself for granting her a degree. I doubt she could have graduated from a self-respecting community college.
