Nevada has pretty clear cut laws and precedence in support of self defense. If the bleeder had succeeded in decking the woman (causing serious injury) the punter could probably have gotten away with shooting the bleeder. I'm thinking even if the bleeder went to the hospital and died of his head injury both of these two would walk under the self defense laws of the state. There might be some issues with the woman landing the extra shots at the end, but she can actually use size differential as a mitigating circumstance to support her case.

Nevada isn't New York City.
