IRS Goes After Obamacare Whistleblowers: An Interview with C. Steven Tucker
American Thinker ^ | December 9, 2013 | Arlen Williams

".................When we had some Q and A a few days ago, you were about to be visited by a representative of the IRS, on Friday, December 6th. Who asked for that meeting? Did the IRS say what they wanted to meet about, before it occurred?

Yes, Treasury Inspector General Robert Williams made an unannounced visit to my old office in Palatine on December 4th, 2013. I was not there so he called my cell phone at 4 p.m. that same day. I answered and he stated that 'I stopped by your office and you were not there, we noted your story in the news and we would like to discuss the issue you are having as soon as possible'. I said 'that sounds good, we can meet in my home at 11 a.m. on Friday-December 6th 2013.'

When I hung up the phone. I immediately called my attorney. He then connected me on a three way phone call to [a] law firm in Chicago....Mr. Sneckenberg said it was 'highly irregular' for the IRS to be sending a letter of demand for a tax return that was filed more than a decade ago. Normally, the look back period is anywhere from 3 to 5 years. He then said he wanted to be in my home to represent me...

On Friday morning Mr. Sneckenberg arrived and reviewed the letters of demand from the IRS and then contacted his CPA. His CPA also agreed that this is highly irregular. Then Treasury Inspector General Williams arrived with an associate. He showed me his business card and his badge and then sat down to begin his inquisition of sorts during which he and his associate took copious notes. To my surprise his questions were not designed to find out why I was sent the letters of demand but...."

My parents visited Russia during the Cold War. This story reminds me of stories that were told of their experience behind the Iron Curtain. Chilling.

Only the feral government’s tax force can protect us from the feral government’s tax force. Only the feral government’s tax force can ensure everyone gets to keep a fair amount of money.

Very interesting. I hope a good many people will be able to use this approach to invalidate Obamacare related cancellations.

If only there was a Republican house majority leader who had the courage to reign in the IRS. Boehner and Co. are a disgrace.

chilling article in many ways. I do have hopes that these sorts of things will have an effect on our representatives in Congress and will give them the backbone to shutdown Obamacare. And if not, then they too can be replaced with someone who says that they will do so.

Reagan said that a Gov Agency is like a living organism with it out built in defense against things that might harm it.

Lucifer’s toady sits in the oval orifice with his big feet atop an antique desk. He is a big cheese and is satisfied that his Lucifercare Death Plan is functioning exactly as planned.

Thanks to this phony liar America will NEVER be the same again.

Barry and the other two not-yet-dead presidents will no doubt congregate in South Africa as another communist is buried.

I pointed out the violation to a Medicare worker and that she personally could be sued for violating HIPAA. I believe that that is the way to stop this. Sue the underlings personally for violating the law (enforcing DeathCare and violating HIPAA, or vice versa).

Individual suits against individual government employees will disrupt the system. Throw the wooden shoes into the gears.

For collectivists the military is a standing army for dealing with enemies foreign. The standing army of bureaucrats is for dealing with enemies domestic.

"Bill got his audit letter on the same day I received mine. That date was Monday November 25th. Bill’s letter informed him that is being officially audited in the spring of 2014 whereas the IRS sent me a letter simply demanding $4,000 from me for the year 2003 and $2,000 from the year 2010 which must be received at their offices no later than December 26, 2013. Merry Christmas from the IRS."

Incredible!

Regarding Treasury Inspector General Robert Williams, we need a middle initial and contact / location information.

It’s time to start keeping track of people using their governmental position as a means and method of political retribution.

If this goes unchallenged, we can officially consider the nation dead….and just waiting on the exact time to put on the death certificate…
