IRS Goes After Obamacare Whistleblowers: An Interview with C. Steven Tucker
American Thinker ^ | December 9, 2013 | Arlen Williams

".................When we had some Q and A a few days ago, you were about to be visited by a representative of the IRS, on Friday, December 6th. Who asked for that meeting? Did the IRS say what they wanted to meet about, before it occurred?

Yes, Treasury Inspector General Robert Williams made an unannounced visit to my old office in Palatine on December 4th, 2013. I was not there so he called my cell phone at 4 p.m. that same day. I answered and he stated that 'I stopped by your office and you were not there, we noted your story in the news and we would like to discuss the issue you are having as soon as possible'. I said 'that sounds good, we can meet in my home at 11 a.m. on Friday-December 6th 2013.'

When I hung up the phone. I immediately called my attorney. He then connected me on a three way phone call to [a] law firm in Chicago....Mr. Sneckenberg said it was 'highly irregular' for the IRS to be sending a letter of demand for a tax return that was filed more than a decade ago. Normally, the look back period is anywhere from 3 to 5 years. He then said he wanted to be in my home to represent me...

On Friday morning Mr. Sneckenberg arrived and reviewed the letters of demand from the IRS and then contacted his CPA. His CPA also agreed that this is highly irregular. Then Treasury Inspector General Williams arrived with an associate. He showed me his business card and his badge and then sat down to begin his inquisition of sorts during which he and his associate took copious notes. To my surprise his questions were not designed to find out why I was sent the letters of demand but...."

Our reps are too busy to deal with this sort of thing.

After all, they need to get in with the hispanic vote by passing amnesty, reverse any spending gains from the sequester, make sure we look "compassionate", make sure we reach across the aisle and watch haplessly as the dems take out our military, make the world burn, and destroy our economy........

They are so busy, how can we expect them to do anything?

I received a letter of deficiency about a year ago. Got that settled after about 6 mo’s without owing a dime. 1 mo later got another letter. Settled it for 185 bucks(they wanted 2,000)And that's just because I didn't want to send additional documentation in. Just wanted to get it over with. Never been audited before. The IRS had the necessary documents. They were sent by the bank for mortgage interest. But I had to send them. Took hundreds of minutes of phone calls and probably 50 calls to finally get things taken care of.

I am convinced it is because “they” know my political leanings...

Remember the guy who flew his plane into a IRS office in Ft. Worth. He had nothing to lose. Look for many more of these combat flights and random war dead among government employees and their co workers. People will hit the soft targets.

There will need to be a lot of hearings, firings and removal of pensions when conservatives finally get control starting next year and cresting in 2016.

A guy named Sussman from KSFO in San Francisco subbed for Levin tonight. I only heard hour 1 , but his callers on “Obamacide” ( to quote a medical oncologist who called) were extraordinarily knowledgeable, with jarring details. A woman from Oregon called to inform that , if you accept an Obamacare subsidy, then upon your death , the state can come in and grab that amount from your estate. An insurance broker from NJ stated that small businesses that hire family members as employees can no longer qualify for small business policies, as they have up until now, but will have to shell out for family policies. The Texas oncologist emphasized the burdensome uncertainty that very sick people have now in trying to guess whether their doctors will accept the Obamacide insurance, while the doctors don’t know whether ongoing expensive treatments will be covered. Sussman had already made the point, that while shopping for a plan, people find that such and such a doctor will accept the plan, but no such agreement has been negotiated with the doctor and no agreement exists with the doctor to post her or his name— obviously a bait and switch if ever there was one. Even with all that, this egregious persecution of Elliott and his broker, the most shocking example of all, did not come up. Obama lied, people died.
