One day not long ago, while at the private shooting range to which I belong, I got into a conversation with a retired school teacher who shoots.22lr matches. We veered onto the topic of faux anthropogenic global warming. This educated man stopped me mid sentence to tell me that global warming is a settled fact to which thousands of scientists have signed on as supporters of the 'fact'. I pointed out the past decade of global average temps, to which he replied that there are rogue scientists who will tell lies to try and refute the facts of man-made global warming.

I stopped trying to reason with this closed mind and merely printed several pages of scientific data available on the Internet which disprove this grand lie of AGW, and tried to give it to him the next time I saw him at the range. He is the consummate democrat voter, with mind so firmly closed that he would not even read what I brought to him! And this sonofab!tch taught High School Science classes before retiring!

Global Warming caused by human behavior is a progressive's religious position, and there is no fact which will shake their faith in this lie! And being democrats, they will swallow any lie fed to them by their little bastard boy-king in the White Hut, in order to prop up the grand lie of anthropogenic global warming.

That’s an excellent example of the leftist mindset and it matters not how much education they have, they only accept what fits their socialist views. Sadly this has become the norm for the people teaching in our education system, from K on up through most colleges, the environmental movement fits their socialist agenda perfectly.
