It depends. If these are taxpayer-funded programs, then that might make sense, due to the concept of herd immunity. If the government is running the show, it can set the requirements.

On the other hand, if this edict includes private schools and day care programs, then once again, the Bloomberg administration is meddling into people’s private affairs.

I spent 12 years in Catholic school in NYC and was required to have the same vaccines as the kids who went to public school. I graduated HS in 1978.
