Given Obama went to SA today to pay respects to a fellow socialist/communist I wonder what his reaction will be when Billy Graham dies.
Will he have glowing words for the man who has really impacted the lives of people around the world of all ethnicities?
Interesting. Billy Graham is the most respected Christian evangelist in the world. But, he is a devout Christian. Obama isn’t. Billy is White, Obama is Black. Billy relies on God, Obama relies on polls and money, Billy prays to God each day, Obama prays to Money, the DNC, MediaMatters, George Soros and maybe Satan each day.
Billy has done more for the world than Mandela ever dreamed of doing. But Billy is White. In this world today, if you’re White, you’re wrong and should be condemned.
So I doubt Obama would attend a funeral for a White Guy
My prayer as well . . . even if he has to see BO’s sorry arse hauled out of the white house on his deathbed.
Hillay will be mighty upset to learn they will not be serving liquor at the wake.
Mighty upset.
To give a 20 minute televised speech that was all “I, I, I, Me, Me, Me”? Absolutely!
I hope not, but he probably will, just to piss me off.
NO. It would require him to be on hallowed ground.................
Aint that the truth.
“If he did, hed probably speak on how hes inspired Billy Graham.”
And no doubt how he’ll “continue Billy Graham’s legacy” by continuing to push “gay rights,” “marriage equality,” “choice” and “free family planning.”
Only to draw a pentagram around his casket...
The bottom line is that most socialists do not believe in an afterlife, so see funerals and memorials as political rallies. It is a very utilitarian outlook—if they can’t get something out of it, they have no interest in it.
I’d respect Graham a lot more if he’d issue instructions that this islamist is NOT to attend his funeral.
He would have to reschedule his tee time, so he would be unlikely to attend.
I have been wondering how the Graham family could politely tell the emperor he wasn’t welcome at the funeral. O would ask to speak and make it all about himself, perhaps even snapping another selfie by the casket?

Well it is a bit much to try to be neutral when one party embraces things that are drastically more godly than the other does. One should concentrate on issues rather than party (except when it comes to explicit party platform), but Democrats are going to get more criticism than Republicans are, just by the nature of the beast.
Jesus ate with tax collectors and prostitutes. I don’t think Dr. Graham would object to one of their modern successors hearing the Gospel at his funeral.
And God can raise up wonderful witnesses that can get these dissolute folks thinking seriously about God’s desires for them again, without raising a myriad of red herring issues. I think it’s more about the witnesses believing powerfully in how wonderful God is, than in being all that wonderful in themselves. (All are saved sinners.)
He reached billions of people and brought the word of Jesus Christ to much of Asia, including China, Taiwan and South Korea. He is credited with making South Korea a mostly Christian nation.
He was also a personal confidante/spiritual adviser to every President since Truman. Just a towering figure in 20th century Christianity.
Graham has more “good” in one finger than Mandela had in his entire body.
I doubt it. The picture in message #31 is the first evidence I have seen of any contact between them. The eleven previous presidents—even the sinful Bill Clinton—valued Mr. Graham’s advice, but not Obama.
It's certainly not for me to say, but I would venture a bold guess and say that when that time comes, he and the Founding Fathers won't be in the same place.
