On Wednesday, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius conceded that when the one-year exemption for businesses with more than 50 employees expires next year, even more Americans may lose health insurance plans which they were promised they could keep.
Rep. Joe Pitts (R-PA), the chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health, asked Sebelius if some "small group plans" could be canceled, as individual plans have been, because "they do not comply with the ACA."
"Yes, sir," Sebelius replied.

As I view it, it’s a last ditch effort of the regime to stop the questioning. It would also give the president an out when and if he holds another press conference.
It would also help, in a small degree, democrats running for reelection and holding town hall meetings, they can dodge questions related to anything about 0care. Granted, it’s clearly a weak attempt to disassociate themselves from a fraudulent and disasterous program but it’s all they have to prevent outright lying.
There is also the question about the House Oversight hearings, how can they conduct productive hearing when the people brought in front of the committee are, essentially, immune to answering any questions regarding 0Care?
Of course, you are right that everyone knows it’s a trick but desperate people will attempt desperate measures.
