Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said in a blog post early Wednesday that she is asking the department's inspector general to investigate the contracting process, management and performance and payment issues that may have contributed to the flawed launch.

That’s what I wondered also. She was allegedly in charge of this whole project to start with. She was the executive in charge of all of it. Now she is going to ask for an investigation of what went wrong??? Really???
And the lap dogs in the media will lap it all up, with no probing questions about why someone in an executive position has to ask for her underlings to investigate why she didn’t do her job.................................
