Why not cut to the chase and require the insurers to provide free coverage? The insurers collaborated with the Rats and are getting their just desserts, but bankrupting them would bring us closer to single-payer.

Not that it makes any difference anymore, but:

The White House originally required people to sign up by Dec. 15 for coverage beginning in January, when major provisions of the new law take effect. On Nov. 22, the administration gave consumers eight more days, until Dec. 23.

That's breaking the law.

Ms. Sebelius went further on Thursday, urging insurers to provide “retroactive coverage for people who sign up after Jan. 1.”

That's also breaking the law.

this is what happens when you put IT projects into production without proper testing.

i’m sorry for the people losing their insurance but...

with a system this complicated, and large parts of it not yet built, the fun is only starting !

chaos and confusion is what Odumbo wants. So the little people come to him and starts single payer. Odumbo becomes the saviour and the insurance companies and republicans are the bad people whom are causing all the hardship. Odumbo starts the class envy aspect whereby neighbor turns on neighbor brother turns on brother and so forth

The most disgusting part of any of these articles is when it says “the white house decided”. He makes up the laws as he wishes. And the republicans all say “Please, don’t tell people what the NSA knows about me!”
