Part of the bill DOES give them access to all your accounts...why would they need that? (other than the other end, where the IRS extracts your 'penalty' fees - My thoughts too. I wonder if there is any provision that allows the IRS to do what they say they can't do vis-a-vis penalties and do some collection of fees they deem to be owed.
This is shaping up to be a real crisis - I'll bet they are poised to ensure it doesn't go to waste...
