A “Dooley Wilson” caricature.... the smiling, well you know. What a condescending (to the citizens) Stalinist type photo- the parallels are uncanny. “If Stalin only knew....” was the phrase. And of course, he did. He was doing this TO his country in his psychotic narcissistic megalomania.
The photo reminds one of a smiling mack daddy alleyway 3 card monty joker. Truly disgusting. Led by an absolute nobody with no skills other than manipulative massive lies.

The “il Duce” is not Mussolini, but George C. Scott actor playing him in the movie “il Duce”. And eerily accurate portrayal, Scott being the great one he was. Like Robert Duvall who could and did play Boo Radley and Robert E. Lee and... Stalin.
