May we have our next caller please.

I don’t doubt that he believed that Jesus Christ was the Son of God who was crucified and resurrected, he was a Christian man. He certainly got carried away with the attempted prophesy, though. I’ll take the high road and say that he meant well, however wrongheaded it invariably turned out to be.

2nd of the 2nd three (Ray Price was 1st.) I’m going into hiding.

While I wish him peaceful eternal rest, we will now never know when the world will end.

Rest In Peace. No need for predictions any more, pal. All has been revealed to you.

Look for 92 duplicate threads. The first one has just appeared. What is this, some kinda competition?

I think he finally got the idea that whatever was whispering these doom prophecies to him, was lying. That’s how God showed him, graciously, that he was wrong.

Did he set a second date?

There’ll be 92 apologies for these TV/radio money hustlers with the Bibles in their hands.

The radio preacher who predicted "Judgment Day" would come in May 2011 has died in northern California.
Well, for himself, he was only off by a little over two-and-a-half years.

TV/radio money hustlers with bibles in their hands are entering the kingdom of heaven quicker than secularist pharisees are.

Camping admitted to reporters he was "flabbergasted" when his prediction proved false. Donations to his ministry dropped noticeably after that, and Family Radio was forced to sell several of its most powerful FM stations to stay afloat financially. I'd say he was fortunate to be alive now and the above was the worst thing to happen. Back in the old days they would have stoned him on May 22nd, 2011!
