Let's remember Trayvon's "parents" are out in the marketplace and have even settled, reportedly, for $1 million, with the housing complex in which George defended his life against their fight-picking son.

Betcha the auction gets pulled before it ends, just like the aluminum “ant sculpture” was.

I don’t know, the seller has zero feedbacks. Oh what the heck, I’ll bid.

How can the housing complex be considered responsible? Makes no sense.

Why did eBay pull the aluminum ant colony sculpture?

You can tell that the 'Mail Online' is a left wing agit-prop rag with lines like this:

"Zimmerman was acquitted of murder charges this summer after gunning down unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in 2012"

Notice they used the photo of a 12 year old Trayvon Martin.

eBay never publicly tells why an auction is pulled, but I’m guessing there was some phony bidding going on that was stirred up by the video going “viral”. Previous sales of those ant sculptures never went over $250.

The other possibility was that animal rights freaks were raising a stink.

In the case of this painting, there do seem to be some legitimate bids, but there’s a lot of suspicious ones.

And then there’s the issue of whether GZ is attempting to profit from his “crime”, even though the jury said there was no crime.

But that doesn’t really matter. If enough pressure is put on eBay from the Justice-4-Trayvon crowd, they will pull the auction. eBay is a private company, and they make their own rules.

Ants aren’t animals, but never let the facts get in the way of liberal lunacy.

Makes every sense. The housing complex has a lot of money and can afford the bill. Justice in civil trials doesn’t rest any longer with obsolete concepts like ‘whether people are guilty or not’.

“How can the housing complex be considered responsible?”

Because they have legally mandated insurance. The liberal mantra is “somebody is injured. Somebody has to pay!”

That’s why the legislature mandates insurance.

"The other possibility was that animal rights freaks were raising a stink."

No doubt the same 'animal rights' freaks that have various bug sprays in their cabinets.

At those prices you’d think someone would be asking for legitimacy. Heck where’s he
doing all the painting at? Is he toting it around from live in to live in? Maybe he’s
doing it in someones shop. Who knows but $100,000 will get people digging.
