Fort Calhoun Nuclear plant is restarting!! My daughter has a key role there.
It’s about time.
Yeah; my daughter is pretty excited! The NRC gave the final green light today; and they started making things happen shortly after.
omaha.com is down. Maybe the nuke plant blew up.
My brother works there also. I am glad they are restarting it.

I remember thinking that there ought to be more of these evident throughout our land to provide cheap, abundant electricity, but for the Luddites and Green Commies...
It’s been a lot of work by everyone there to get it back online after 32 months offline. They started putting electricity into the grid starting this past weekend.
