Phil wanted to leave. He probably made a deal with A&E to let him leave and they both came up with this. OR A&E wouldn’t allow Phil out of the contract so he did this on purpose.

The problem is the left has been receiving what they ask for. The sad truth is that Phil would not be penalized for saying what he did if his show was carried on lets say a Russian TV network, but he is here in the land of freedom. Scary stuff indeed.

A&E have been pissed at the folks from Duck Dynasty for awhile...and I bet they were itching for a reason to show their power. I know that discussions had been going on over the last several months to have DD partner with Snapple to do a Duck Dynas-TEA promotion for Snapple. The Robertson’s had other ideas to team up with I think a smaller tea company and it put A&E into a tizzy! They told the Robertson’s they could not use the Duck Dynasty name if they went with a different company. A&E can shove it!
