Sounds like it. I would love to see, just once, professed Christians in this day and age stand on conviction and the Word Of God over any other concern. Easy for me to say, I know, and I pray for the same strength from The Holy Spirit when/if my day comes.

Yeah, I think he’s probably right on target. His explanation fits the evidence and the givens (especially scheming liberal arrogance) to a tee.
This isn’t a free speech issue, it’s a matter of of accountability for one’s actions. I’m not a “Duck” viewer but he had every right to say what he did, and to state his opinion about certain homo behaviors.
Now he’s being held to account, and if Robertson is the man he seems to be, there’s little doubt he will stand by what he said and let the chips fall as they may. If that means they part company with A&E, it would be a decision of conscience and I’m sure there would be no lost sleep over it.

The liberals are angry because DD reminded them what homosexuality really is. It's not sweet, pretty, or normal. The word "gay" has put a pretty face on one of the most vilest and ugly of passions. They don't want people reminded of what these people actually do with each other.

IMO, A&E and Duck Dynasty could go away tomorrow and that family and that man in particular would be just fine. They would still be happy, they would still be a family, they would still have Jesus and they would still hunt duck..

I am currently losing out on business because I quietly stated my Christian views on homosexuality and refused to go along silently. It’s ok, I’m glad I stayed true to my beliefs.
I pray their family is blessed. It may not be financially, but that’s ok.
