You know what’s odd ... even though Phil Robertson didn’t compare homosexuality to bestiality, they are comparable. So are all sins, because God does not rank them in order of severity, with the exception of blaspheming the Holy Spirit. God detests ALL sin in equal measure and sent His Son to die to save us from all of it.
Any sin separates us from God and it denies Christ’s mission, which was to make us holy through His perfect sacrifice.

I agree! Yes, they are the REAL thing, and people appreciate being a part of it in some little way and displaying their fidelity.
I have a dear friend who is our fellow FReeper. He was sad to report that his colleague at work suffered the grievous loss of a young grandson who downed in his grandfather’s brand-new swimming pool.
The boy had been a huge DD fan. Since the family lived in Louisiana, the story of the little boy’s tragic death came to the attention of the Duck Dynasty family. They were greatly saddened by the news and sent their condolences to the boy’s family as well as money for his funeral.
There are some very good families of all faiths in this world, and it’s wonderful when you find one of them presented on television where they poke the egos creating trash-TV and use the opportunity to let their faith and virtue shine out for the world to see! More Power to them! :-D

That might be because while adultery is common, most people don’t deny it’s morally wrong, unless both the man and woman are in on it together as “swingers.” But the left absolutely wants to deny there’s anything morally wrong with homosexual behavior. Which is why they try to say it’s not a choice, but that they were “born this way.” And they’re winning that argument in a big way with the under-30 crowd...and of course near unanimously with the increasingly secular segment of that age group.
I wouldn’t have expected we could turn that trend around without more young people becoming religious, but I would’ve thought we could win the argument against same-sex marriage at least, since that seems far more radical a change than just “tolerance.” But we seem to be losing more ground on that one every day too.
Exactly - the Left abhors pictures of aborted babies because of the horror it engenders - they are similarly against painting mental images of the homosexual's "target of desire" because the average normal person can't help but be repelled.
Over the next week I count 126 episodes will be shown. They really hate those vile Rednecks.
