Clay, if you or anyone else made a remark about interracial marriage, locking up disabled kids, or even euthanizing old people, I would think to myself, “What an a$$hole, but he’s entitled to his opinion.”, and go on with my life. I would probably not listen to any of your music (you are a musician, right) or buy any of your albums.
I would not call for you being taken off of any show, performing at any concert, or waste any of my valuable time trying to keep you from doing anything.
What I wouldn’t do, don’t do, and won’t do is support anyone that tries in any way shape or form to curtail anone’s rights. So go have fun, Clay. Do what makes you happy.
sure you can ask those Clay, your right to free speech and we can dismiss it as stupid and move on.

To those who know the Bible - Moses was married to a black woman. She was an Ethiopian. His sister, Miriam was upset and spewing gossip and hatred toward his wife. She came down with leprosy for her remarks.
Clay grew up in a Southern Baptist church and he should know better. He does, but he wants to believe that he can be a born-again homosexual. I used to like him - until he lied about his gayness. Then when he had his baby with a 50 year old sister of David Foster - by artificial insemination - he came out of the closet. I can’t stand him now and his voice isn’t as good as it once was. I don’t know the reason, but I have my suspicions.
