The U.S. military is moving about 150 Marines from Spain to Africa, most likely Djibouti, to be prepared to go into South Sudan to either provide security for the U.S. Embassy in Juba or to help evacuate the estimated 100 U.S. citizens believed to be there, two U.S. military officials told CNN's Barbara Starr on Monday.

The fighting is between Dinka & Nuer tribesmen, both of whom are usually either animistic or Christian. South Sudan broke away from the Muslim north specifically because of their opposition to Islam and also to the North's expropriation of oil revenues from oil fields in the South.
Don’t put them under ANY ROE’s . If they get shot at ,allow them to utterly wipe out anyone attacking them . Have 2 AC-130’s available , one on orbit , at all times and a clear permission to fire at will if attacked . Get out people out of that rathole and then leave them to their own population control devices . The place is not worth one American life.
