Bogus statistic. Half of that half isn’t in the country legally.
The amnesty movement and their media friends are big on using that total population figure inappropriately. My city recently got sued because it only had one Latino on the four member City Council when half the population was Latino. Turned out only 18 percent of the voters were Latino. Wish I could get them to take back 20 percent of “their” member...
